Mr. Gudobba called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Gudobba stated that Mr. Nickerson would be acting Secretary.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Mr. Nickerson, supported by Mr. Landa, to approve the agenda as submitted. Motion carried.

Craig Duckwitz, Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, 51301 Schoenherr, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, representative, stated he was willing to answer questions.
Mr. Cassin stated that the required 6 foot wall was omitted from the site plan. He stated that the petitioner intends to request a wall waiver. He stated that the Planning Department is suggesting that the petitioner contact the surrounding neighbors and submit a request for a wall waiver.
Motion by Mr. Gudobba, supported by Mr. Nickerson, with reference to File #5468 and application from David C. Zuckero, Zuckero Investments Company, Inc., 27450 Groesbeck Highway, Roseville, Michigan 48066, as represented by Craig Duckwitz, Anderson, Eckstein & Westrick, 51301 Schoenherr, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315, concerning request for recommendation for approval of Site Development Plan for Zuckero Industries located on 12.11 acres of land west of Reynolds Drive, south of Hall Road (Sections 1 & 2), that recommendation for approval of the Site Development Plan be submitted to the Township Board, subject to the required wall on the south side of the property being placed on the Site Development Plan prior to being submitted to the Township Board. Roll Call Vote: Aye- Gudobba, Nickerson, Consiglio, Dedenbach, Landa, O誰eal, Roach, Tomlinson. Nay- None. Absent- Trombley. Motion carried.
Mr. Gudobba stated that the Petitioner for Item Number 3 was not present, so it would be placed at the end of the agenda to allow time for the Petitioner to arrive.
LOT 34-36, GROESBECK-NUNNELEY SUBDIVISION (SECTION 28)

Dave Hummell, Vice President, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 33245 Groesbeck, Fraser, Michigan was present.
Jim Olexa, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 29301 Grand River, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, stated that they have talked to the Clinton Township Fire Department and will either use a lock box or give the Fire Department a key to the secured gate.
Mr. Roach inquired as to whether this facility will be used as office space for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Mr. Hummell stated that this facility will be used to rent automobiles. He stated there is a 90% occupancy for the rental cars. He stated the cars will be moved to another location if they are not rented.
Mr. Olexa stated this location will not have as many cars on site as with the airport rental facilities.
Mr. Hummell stated their clientele consist of rentals for insurance companies, vehicle maintenance, corporate and weekend business.
Motion by Mr. Landa, supported by Ms. O誰eal, with reference to File #0286 and application from
Jim Olexa, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 29301 Grand River, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48336, concerning request for approval of Revised Site Development Plan for Enterprise Rent-A-Car (fka Haney痴 Stereo), located on Lots 34-36, Groesbeck-Nunneley Subdivision (Sections 21/28), generally located at the southeast corner of S. Nunneley Road and Groesbeck Highway, that approval of the Revised Site Development Plan be granted subject to an agreement being added with the Clinton Township Fire Department regarding access to the secured after-hours gates. Roll Call Vote: Aye- Landa, O誰eal, Consiglio, Dedenbach, Gudobba, Nickerson, Roach, Tomlinson. Nay- None. Absent- Trombley. Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Gudobba, supported by Mr. Nickerson, with reference to Lots 34-36, Groesbeck-Nunneley Subdivision (Sections 21/28), generally located at the southeast corner of S. Nunneley Road and Groesbeck Highway, that if the property changes from a Rental Car facility, the Revised Site Development Plan must be submitted to the Planning Department for review. Roll Call Vote: Aye- Gudobba, Nickerson, Consiglio, Dedenbach, Landa, O誰eal, Roach, Tomlinson. Nay- None. Absent- Trombley. Motion carried

Ismael Basha, Basha Car Wash Company, 36638 Groesbeck Highway, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035, stated he was will to answer questions.
Mark Alfonzie, 39530 Woodward, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48034.
Mr. Roach inquired as to whether the petitioner owned the same type of business next door.
Mr. Basha stated that the car wash on the adjacent property is used as the Oil Change facility and they need to expand.
Mr. Nickerson stated an original request to the Zoning Board of Appeals was for a side yard setback variance and upon review, the Zoning Board of Appeals suggested that the variance be granted for 5 parking spaces in lieu of the side yard setback.
Mr. Gudobba inquired as to whether the petitioner is agreeable to extending the cement on the North side of the property for a future access if necessary.
Motion by Ms. Dedenbach, supported by Mr. Landa, with reference to File #0688 and application from Ismael Basha, Basha Car Wash Company, 36638 Groesbeck Highway, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035, concerning request for approval of Revised Site Development Plan for Basha Quick Lube (fka Midas Muffler) located on Lot 42 and Part of Lot 43, Groesbeck Nunneley Subdivision (Sections 21/28), generally located on the northeast corner of Groesbeck Highway and Kerry Street, that approval of the Revised Site Development Plan be granted subject to an access on the North side of the property to the adjoining property being indicated on the Site Plan for future use. Roll Call Vote: Aye- Dedenbach, Landa, Consiglio, Gudobba, Nickerson, O誰eal, Roach, Tomlinson. Nay- None. Absent- Trombley. Motion carried.
REPORT OF MEETING
Motion by Mr. Landa, supported by Ms. O誰eal, to approve the Report of Meeting for Thursday, August 24, 2000, as submitted. Motion carried.
DISCUSSION REGARDING NEXT MEETING
Mr. Cassin stated there are no Site Plans submitted as of this date for the next agenda.
