Mr. Gudobba called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion by Mr. Landa, supported by Mr. Nickerson, to approve the agenda as submitted. Motion carried.

Motion by Ms. O’Neal, supported by Mr. Roach, with reference to File #5476 and application from Angelo Grillo, AG Construction Co., 23309 Quinn Road, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035, as represented by William S. Quinlan, Quinlan Associates, 31325 Harper Avenue, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48082, concerning request for approval of Site Development Plan for Grillo Office Building located on Part of Lot 14 of Supervisors Plat #7 (Section 25), generally fronting the east line of Harper Avenue, north of Shook Road, that recommendation for approval of the Site Development Plan be submitted to the Township Board. Mr. Roach inquired as to whether there would be a parking problem if Cass Avenue is widened in the future.
Mr. Cassin stated that the right-of-way is preserved if Cass Avenue is widened.
Mr. Gudobba stated that in the future the area map should be noted on the Site Plan.

Wayde C. Hoppe, Architect, 47032 McBride, Belleville, Michigan 48111, representative, stated the petitioner plans to expand the parking lot for the chapel.
Ms. Dedenbach inquired as to whether the Planning Commission should request a sidewalk easement.
Mr. Cassin stated that there is a sidewalk on this property.
Motion by Ms. Dedenbach, supported by Mr. Nickerson, with reference to File #1169 and application from Monastery of St. Therese, 35750 Moravian, Clinton Township, Michigan 48035, as represented by Wayde C. Hoppe, Architect, 47032 McBride, Belleville, Michigan 48111, concerning request for approval of Revised Site Development Plan for Monastery of Saint Therese located on 11.88 acres of land fronting the south line of Moravian, west of Utica Road (Section 30), that recommendation for approval of the Revised Site Development be granted, subject to verification from the Planning Department that there is an agreement for an easement for the right-of-way. Roll Call Vote: Aye- Dedenbach, Nickerson, Gudobba, Landa, O’Neal, Roach, Trombley. Nay- None. Absent- Consiglio, Tomlinson. Motion carried.

REPORT OF MEETINGS
Motion by Mr. Nickerson, supported by Mr. Roach, approve the Report of Meeting for Thursday, September 14, 2000, as submitted. Motion carried.
DISCUSSION REGARDING NEXT MEETING
Mr. Cassin stated the meeting for December 14, 2000 will be canceled and rescheduled to Thursday, December 7, 2000 because of the Township’s Christmas party.
He added for the next meeting there will be a Text Amendment Change and Site Plans.

Roll Call Vote: Aye- Gudobba, O’Neal, Landa, Nickerson, Roach, Trombley. Nay- Dedenbach. Absent- Consiglio, Tomlinson. Motion carried.
