Board of Appeals

    The Zoning Board of Appeals typically meets the third Wednesday of each month to consider variance requests.  The meetings are open to the public, and are at 6:30 pm in the Township Board Chambers at the Civic Center on Romeo Plank and Canal Roads.

Board of Appeals Members

    The Board of Appeals Members are appointed by the Township Board of Trustees after recommendation by the Township Supervisor.  They each serve for 3 year terms and can be re-appointed.
