Clinton Twp/Sterling Heights
5 on 5 Basketball League
Thursday Nights
Our league is competitive but fun. Many players come here year after year for this competition and enjoy just getting out for the exercise! This league is open to anyone 18 and older. We provide 8 weeks of league play and a season-ending tournament! This league will take place at the Sterling Heights Recreation Center (40250 Dodge Park Rd. Sterling Heights, MI 48313) but registration may still be done through the Clinton Twp Recreation Offices or at myctpr.com
League Details
Come join our fun round-robin ladder league at the Ray Hernandez Pickleball Courts on the Clinton Township Civic Center grounds. The league you will join is based on your player rating (pdf). You may not join a league that is above or below your player rating. Once your rating has been determined you may register online, at the Recreation office, by mail, fax, or email.
Player Rating: Co-Ed 2.5 to 3.0 (Monday)
Doubles Round Robin Ladder League. In true round-robin fashion, players will play with and against division participants, changing partners after each game day. Players will be scheduled and assigned to a court based on the previous week's individual score. Standings will be kept and updated weekly during the 6 weeks of league play to determine a League Champion.
Player Rating: Co-Ed 3.5 & Up (Wednesday)
Doubles Round Robin Ladder League. This league is competitive and geared towards a more advanced level of play. Participants will play with and against division participants, changing partners after each game day. Players will be scheduled and assigned to a court based on the previous week's individual score. Standings will be kept and updated weekly during the 6 weeks of league play to determine a League Champion.

Indoor Co-ed Adult Volleyball League

This winter we will be running a Co-Ed Adult Indoor Volleyball League! Get some friends together and start recruiting teammates or join our house team while making new friends. This is a recreational indoor volleyball league and is open to players of all skill levels and is a great way for friends to compete, have fun, and stay active during the winter. Teams will consist of a roster of at least two males and two females with a maximum of 10 players per team. Officials are NOT provided; teams are responsible for officiating their own games. Teams are guaranteed 8 games and a single elimination tournament for top 4 teams. You must be 18 years old to participate.
6 versus 6 Co-Ed Sand Volleyball
Get some friends together and start recruiting some teammates to join our annual Adult Sand Volleyball League. This recreational sand volleyball league is open to players of all skill levels and is a great way for friends to compete and have fun outdoors playing beach volleyball. Teams will consist of a roster of at least three males and three females with a maximum of 12 players per team. Officials are not provided, teams are responsible for officiating their own games.
- Teams are guaranteed 8 games and a single elimination tournament
- You must be 18 years old to participate
- Team shirts included with registration
All Games located at Clinton Township Civic Center located at 40700 Romeo Plank. Sand Volleyball Courts are located adjacent to the Senior Center and basketball courts on the south side of the parking lot.

Adaptive Softball
American League
This league is for persons 12 and older with developmental or physical impairments. The American League is for players with limited playing ability including the need for verbal and/or physical assistance to participate, limited ability in picking up, catching, hitting, and throwing the ball. Each and every player bats regularly and plays in the field every inning.
National League
To sign up for this league you must be a returning player to the National League or invited to advance. This league is for players with fair skills in hitting and fielding the ball, good physical mobility and balance, possess coordination of movements to run, ability to attempt to field the ball, know to raise glove to field fly balls or place glove on the ground to field grounders. Games are played with 10 players on the field at a time. Balls and strikes are called. If players are eligible to play on able-bodied teams, they are not eligible for this league.
Games
Home games and practices will be held at the Clinton Township Civic Center diamonds. Away games will be played in Warren, Grosse Pointe, Shelby Twp., Sterling Heights
