    		Fill out all the fields on the application form with accurate information.

    		Save the completed application to your computer after filling it out.

    		Go back to the application webpage. Upload the completed saved application to "COMPLETED APPLICATION" upload field.

    		Uploaded your Letter of Intent to the upload field "LETTER OF INTENT."

    		Upload your Resume to the upload field "RESUME."
